Buildfunctions is currently in its initial beta stage. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Users acknowledge that the product is in beta stage and is actively being developed.

Users understand that bugs or interruptions may occur during the beta stage, and Buildfunctions is actively working to improve the service.

Buildfunctions expressly disclaims all warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Users agree to use the platform responsibly and for its intended purpose.

Users must report any issues, bugs, or concerns to Buildfunctions promptly.

Users will not engage in any activities that may disrupt or harm the platform or its users.

Users shall not engage in any unlawful activities while using the platform or its services. For the purposes of this agreement, "unlawful activities" are those defined by the laws of the United States, including but not limited to violations of federal, state, or local laws. Users are also responsible for complying with applicable laws in their own jurisdiction while using the platform or its services, in addition to U.S. laws.

Buildfunctions and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

In no event shall Buildfunctions’ liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the services.

Before filing a legal claim, users agree to contact Buildfunctions and attempt to resolve the issue informally.

Buildfunctions reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform at any time for any reason.

Buildfunctions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Buildfunctions may provide notice of changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Buildfunctions reserves the right to modify, increase, or decrease the prices of our services at any time. Where practicable, Buildfunctions will provide reasonable notice of pricing changes. Continued use of the services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

The Buildfunctions SDKs include runtime control features intended to assist with managing agent behavior, resource usage, and related operations. These features are provided on a best effort basis. Buildfunctions does not guarantee they will prevent all unintended outcomes, including failures, data loss, cost overruns, or unintended agent actions.

You are responsible for monitoring, configuring, and supervising your own workloads, agents, and system behavior when using the SDKs.

The SDKs may be used without creating a Buildfunctions account. Use of any Buildfunctions SDK is permitted only subject to these Terms of Service, regardless of account status.
